The exterior image of 3-storey mixed-use building in Mount Pleasant. Nba architects designed a 2 floors of office over light industrial commercial space, the intent is to strip out and remodel the interior, demolish the front facade and liven up the streetscape with a redesigned exterior, including three cool outdoor patio spaces.

The exterior visualization of 6-storey mixed-use building with a parking lot in a City of Langford. Nba architects designed approx. 55,000 square foot office building over 12,000 square foot of retail. with challenging topography.

An interior image of the tenant improvement of 60,000 square foot warehouse features heavy industrial manufacturing machinery and tool shop which required a significant base building utility upgrade and independent generator.
