We have completed over 30 tenant improvements. Collaborating with Rain City Corporation is always fun and exciting and working on Simpson Strong-Tie’s new Pitt Meadows, BC workspace was no exception. Including a regional head office complete with 40-person lecture hall, open- concept office and lunchroom and collaborative meeting spaces, this 60,000 square foot warehouse features heavy industrial manufacturing machinery and tool shop which required a significant base building utility upgrade and independent generator.
