Working on Vancouver Island on various projects has rapidly become one of our most enjoyable architectural experiences and we are excited to start work on City Gate! With a challenging topography, we will be working on a complex with approx. 55,000 square foot office building over 12,000 square foot of retail. Centrally located in the rapidly growing City of Langford, B.C., the vision of this 50-acre property is to allow for a vibrant, mixed use community offering residential, commercial, retail, employment and educational buildings along with a recreational hub.
