The design of this apartment building in Colwood, BC was challenging due to its long, narrow and steep site.  It required innovative design solutions, and a facade treatment that broke down it’s scale into more residential proportions. The neighbourhood is being densified from older single-family homes to apartment complexes. We are working alongside the design teams of the adjacent sites to define a modern/timeless aesthetic.
