After the original house was tragically consumed by fire, our team embarked on a journey to rise it from the ashes, much like the mythical Phoenix. Our primary design concept centres around creating a multi-generational home that integrates two distinct suites under a single roof.

Our objective is to meet Step Code 5 energy efficiency and construct a home that is net zero energy and net zero operation carbon. We are carrying out a life cycle assessment (LCA) to minimize the buildings impact on the environment. This means we are dedicated to implementing innovative energy-efficient technologies and sustainable building practices. For example, window shutters are carefully designed to address issues related to overheating.
