o’siyam pavilion

Squamish, BC

This beautiful multi-purpose outdoor space was designed to host a variety of activities, from lively performances and art exhibits, to serene yoga classes, awards ceremonies, and vibrant community events. A handy change room and cozy green room support the stage, making it a perfect venue for gatherings.

Nestled at the south end of a municipally owned property, the pavilion shares its space with a sculpture garden and the Squamish Arts Council building. Its design features elegant 2-meter grids of undulating waves—a nod to the breathtaking meeting point of mountains and ocean that define the local landscape.

While working with the highly respected and talented architect, Alfred Waugh, Nick was proud to be part of the team that brought the O’Siyam Pavilion to life.
