A net-zero home designed to stand the test of time, envisioned to be passed down through the generations. The design aims to separate shared and private spaces horizontally across the site, as well as creating inviting and protected courtyard areas that harmonize with the natural grades of the site. Controlling solar-gain and benefitting from natural cross-ventilation was a priority to ensure a sustainable and comfortable living environment.
